An individual EQi assessment is often a great place to start…
EQi Assessment and coaching
Emotional intelligence is defined as a set of emotional and social skills that influence the way we perceive and express ourselves, develop and maintain social relationships, cope with challenges
and use emotional information.
Successful leaders tend to have a high EQ. While their high IQ may have had a lot to do with getting them to their position, their high EQ will help them keep their position.
That said, there is ALWAYS room for growth. The EQ assessment is a tool to help pinpoint where that growth can happen.
Quick, focused and results driven 3-month program
Many clients reach out for laser-focused coaching around a change they see coming. This could be a promotion, or maybe a change to a different organization.
This service is designed for people who know what they want and seek the support to get the results they need.
Coaching sessions take place twice monthly, in 1 – 2 hour sessions, with homework.
This program is for clients that need to make a major shift in their life. The six-month transitional client needs time to evaluate goals and values. Once those new goals have been determined, we craft a step by step process on how to get the client where he or she is going.
Get in touch, and we’ll work out the specifics from there.
